Job Purpose:

The Junior Property Management Administrator provides administrative support to the property management team and assists with the daily operations of managed properties. This role is ideal for a candidate starting their career in property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with filing, capturing, and maintaining tenant and property records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general enquiries
  • Prepare basic correspondence and notices
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings

Tenant & Owner Support:

  • Assist tenants and owners with routine queries
  • Log service and maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
  • Assist with move-in and move-out administration

Financial Administration (Support Level):

  • Assist with capturing invoices, statements, and payments
  • Follow up on outstanding rentals, levies, and rates as instructed
  • Assist with basic reporting and record keeping

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction

  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work well in a team environment

Advantageous (Not Essential):

  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Exposure to property management or real estate
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
