Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Drive change the right way: lead transformative projects that actually make a difference.
  • Evaluate project performance, skills requirements for delivery, manage and resolve risks and issues, and provide project updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to deliver high level subject matter analysis for project objectives that enable detailed project work to commence.
  • Solving complex industry specific problems.
  • Diagnose, design, and deliver game-changing solutions.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table and challenging the status quo.
  • Keep chaos in check: manage scope, timelines, and budgets like a pro.
  • Speak fluent stakeholder: translate business needs into action and keep executives, teams, and clients on the same page, enable a coordinated delivery, sometimes in a portfolio of projects.

You'll Fit Right in, If You…

  • Hold a relevant bachelor's degree with strong preference for a post graduate qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications? Even better).
  • Have 5+ years of experience leading high-stakes projects in financial services & technology.
  • Be technically proficient in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Have practical application experience of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Bonus points if you have a background of relevant data analytics, software and / or programming skills with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python.
  • Can spot a risk a mile away and solve problems before they even exist.
  • Are a master communicator: your updates will be legendary.
