LSR is a UK-based company providing electrical, marketing, and technology solutions. We're expanding into building AI infrastructure for service-based businesses, helping them scale through automation, smart websites, and digital systems.

We're now looking for a versatile Software Developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our tech offering.

The Role

You'll work closely with our founder and team to:

Build and maintain AI-driven infrastructure (chatbots, automations, integrations, CRM workflows).

Develop and optimise WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom functionality).

Implement and manage technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, optimisation).

Work on API integrations between AI tools, CRMs (e.g. Go High Level), and other platforms.

Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and help scale technical systems as we grow.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Developer / Full-Stack Developer.

Strong knowledge of WordPress development.

Good understanding of technical SEO.

Experience with AI tools / APIs / automation platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Zapier, n8n, Go High Level).

Knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud hosting.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Able to work remotely and independently.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Python, , or PHP.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Previous work with service-based businesses (electricians, plumbers, agencies, etc.).
