Electrical Engineer – EPLAN & AutoCAD

Netherlands (On-site) | Full-time | Engineering

We're looking for engineers with solid experience in
EPLAN
and
AutoCAD
, capable of designing and developing high-quality electrical systems for industrial and technical installations.

You'll work in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to diverse projects across manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and utilities - from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and detailing electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, and wiring schematics.
  • Producing accurate EPLAN and AutoCAD drawings: layouts, circuit diagrams, and single-line schematics.
  • Translating technical requirements into clear, practical electrical designs.
  • Performing electrical calculations (load, cable sizing, and protection coordination).
  • Collaborating with mechanical, instrumentation, and project engineering teams.
  • Supporting site activities such as installation reviews, testing, and commissioning where necessary.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years' experience in electrical design, drafting, or project engineering within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Experience with panel design, MCCs, LV/MV systems, and schematic documentation.
  • Good communication skills in English & Afrikaans (as it is similar to Dutch)
