Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage all incoming calls and the switchboard.
- Type and prepare quotations accurately.
- Send quotations to clients and brokers.
- Handle and respond to emails efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Receive and record client payments.
- Contact clients to schedule vehicle assessments.
- Assist with basic office duties when reception tasks are up to date.
