We're hiring across
two tracks (Mid-Level and Senior)
. You'll work across the ecosystem—from AWS services and Python backends to multiple JavaScript front-ends, native Android, and Zoho Creator apps.

Your Responsibilities?

  • Build across tech stacks
    : AWS (Terraform), Python services, custom front-ends (various JS frameworks), native Android, and Zoho Creator (Deluge).

    : Mentor, guide, and help level-up engineers; influence standards and ways of working.

What would make you ideal for the position?

  • Education
    : Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Languages & frameworks
    : Proficiency in JavaScript and Python (or similar); familiarity with at least one backend framework (e.g., FastAPI), including databases, compute, and external integrations.

  • Front-end/UX
    : Experience with a front-end framework (Vue a plus) or UX sensibilities.

  • DevOps & quality
    : Exposure to TDD, cloud architecture (AWS a plus), and building solid developer workflows.

  • Backend competency
    : Comfortable implementing services with FastAPI (or similar) and managing databases; ready to stretch into broader DevOps with guidance.

  • Technical architecture
    : Proven design of systems (web/native) with complex external integrations; track record of resilient, efficient solutions.

The Offer:

  • A USD-denominated monthly salary ($2500 - $4,500 [Mid] / $4500 [Senior])
