• Highlight customer overdues by 30 days or any claim pending over 30days 
• Block the customer where the dues and claims pending over 90 days  
• Recognise Sales in SAP and checking the POD's for Domestic and Export business as per the revenue recognition process. 
• Publish Daily Sales Flash Report to stakeholders and management   
• Support during Month End Close for Adhoc Reports and analysis and provision entries. 
• Review GLs related to Trading Terms, ATL/BTL (P&L and B/S accounts) and take adequate provisioning and managing open items clearing for GL's and Customers Ledgers.  
• Support in preparation of MIS for SA entities as required by the management   
• Ensure Customer Trading Terms, Discount and other conditions in SAP are timely updated as per the Signed Contract and Signed TT Contract should be available with the validity period.  
• Review and update CGIC cover as per the current business level with the Customer and future Sales projections. 
• Any other adhoc tasks as given by the management time to time to support the business. 

• Matric + Relevant tertiary qualification
• SAP and Advanced Excel is a non negotiable
• 5+ years AR accounting experience
• Ability to work under extreme pressure
• FMCG experience is a must
