Are you detail-oriented and accurate with stock control and warehouse processes?
We're looking for a GRV Clerk to ensure precise capturing and processing of all stock received, supporting accurate inventory records, supplier invoicing, and operational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail – we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture all stock received accurately on the ERP system
- Verify delivery documentation against purchase orders and invoices
- Raise and process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
- Resolve discrepancies between orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records for stock and audit purposes
- Communicate effectively with procurement, finance, and warehouse teams
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–3 years' experience in stock control, receiving, or warehouse administration
- Proficient in ERP systems (GRV and stock processing)
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of warehouse and inventory control processes
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills
Education:
- High School (Matric) (Required)
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management (Advantageous)
