Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Technician at HYCHEM. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, identifying client needs, and offering guidance on HYCHEM's products and services. Additional tasks include conducting training sessions for customers, engaging in consultation to meet their business hygiene goals, and successfully managing negotiations. The role plays a critical part in supporting customers in various sectors by delivering high-quality and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

Sales and Customer Liaison

Services and Technical Knowledge w.r.t installing and maintaining equipment

Installation of equipment at new outlets

Product Knowledge

Planning, Administration and reporting

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Expertise in Sales and proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Training and educating clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Effective Negotiation skills and ability to promote solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage remote work operations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the cleaning and hygiene industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
