The
Process Engineer (Business Process Analyst)
will drive strategic business process reengineering and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on
optimising end-to-end client journeys
. The role includes stakeholder engagement, change management, and ensuring adherence to engineering and process standards. The incumbent will proactively identify improvement opportunities, establish baselines, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process optimisation and reengineering projects.
  • Map, analyse, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Apply
    Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile methodologies
    to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members, building capability in process design and optimisation.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report on process performance metrics and improvement outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for operational excellence and business transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • IT-related qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
  • Minimum
    5 years' experience in business process improvement
    .
  • Experience in
    coaching, mentoring, and developing process design skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Six Sigma, Lean, Business Process Improvement, Process Automation, and Agile
    methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the
    health/medical aid domain
    is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
