Guest Experience Supervisor

About the Role
We're looking for a warm, reliable, and service-driven individual to take charge of our daily guest experience in the coffee shop.
You'll ensure every customer feels welcome and well taken care of — from the moment they arrive until closing time.
This role includes overseeing opening and closing procedures to make sure all daily duties are completed and the shop runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed according to checklists and standards.
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ensure guests are seated promptly and that service flows smoothly.
- Check on tables regularly and resolve any service issues quickly and politely.
- Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area at all times.
- Communicate guest needs clearly with the kitchen and barista team.
- Support with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Uphold brand standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy — able to oversee opening and closing routines.
- Naturally friendly and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Well-presented and passionate about great service.
