We're looking for a skilled, reliable plumber to join our operations team and support high-quality installations across our project sites. This role is hands-on, structured, and ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right.

What You'll Do
Installations & Site Work

  • Complete plumbing installations and system work according to drawings and specifications.
  • Flag unclear tasks or missing materials early.
  • Maintain a neat, safe, well-organised site.

Communication & Daily Updates

  • Share progress throughout the day via WhatsApp.
  • Complete ClickUp updates daily
  • Progress notes
  • Photos
  • Stock and material usage
  • Keep documentation accurate and complete

Working With Your Field Manager

  • Confirm scope and tasks each morning.
  • Escalate issues early—always through the Field Manager.
  • Provide clear end-of-day handovers

Client Interaction

  • Welcome clients to the site in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond politely to basic questions about the work being done.
  • Direct any technical queries, concerns, or change requests to your Field Manager.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring clients feel confident in our work and team

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Plumbing trade qualification 
    or
  • Electrical qualification

You Do:

  • Follow drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Raise technical or design concerns early.
  • Keep the site organised and compliant.
  • Support technicians and subcontractors

You Don't:

  • Change system design or make engineering decisions.
  • Escalate directly to engineers or senior management.
  • Have in-depth client discussions.
  • Manage tools, vehicles, or ordering.

  • Installations done right the first time.
  • Daily ClickUp + WhatsApp updates completed.
  • Accurate stock logging with no shortages.
  • A clean, safe, disciplined work site.
  • Clear communication with your Field Manager.
