ARC Power is seeking a Global Engineering Assistant to support our Global Head of Engineering and wider technical team — helping to coordinate, document, and enable engineering excellence across multiple countries.

About the Role
As Global Engineering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that ARC Power's engineering function runs efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Global Head of Engineering, helping to coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and support collaboration between global and local teams. You will:

• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and maintenance of engineering documents, standards, and reports.
• Support the coordination of cross-country engineering activities, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Help track progress on engineering initiatives, KPIs, and training programmes.
• Maintain structured filing systems and version control for engineering data, templates, and drawings.
• Assist with onboarding and communication across the global engineering community.
• Liaise with teams in Construction, Technology, Operations, and Quality to ensure timely information flow.
• Provide administrative and project support for research, innovation, and process improvement activities.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that offers broad exposure to ARC Power's global technical operations. You'll gain insight into the design, delivery, and governance of renewable energy systems while helping the engineering team achieve its mission.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in an engineering, coordination, or technical support role.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with technical documentation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools such as Asana or MS Project.
• Clear, professional communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with an interest in renewable energy and sustainable development.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and engage with teams across different cultures and geographies.
