Deine Aufgaben

  • Administration von Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams & Intune.
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung von Power Apps, Power Automate-Flows für Freigaben, On-/Offboarding und wiederkehrende Prozesse.
  • Automatisierung und Optimierung von Abläufen per PowerShell & Drittprogramme.
  • Pflege von SharePoint-Listen, zentralen Stammdaten und IT-Dokumentationen.
  • Monitoring von Sicherheit, Backups und Compliance-Richtlinien.

Das Bringst Du Mit

  • Erfahrung in Microsoft 365 / Intune / Teams / Exchange Administration.
  • PowerShell-Kenntnisse, Power Apps & Power Automate Erfahrung.
  • Begeisterung für Prozessdigitalisierung und Automatisierung.
  • Erfahrung mit App-Paketierung und Autopilot.
  • Verständnis für IT-Security, MFA, SSPR und Compliance.

Nice-to-have:
SharePoint Online, SSO/App-Integrationen, Reporting-Tools wie Power BI.
