A position is available for a Resturant manager within this Fine dining Luxury store

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Hyde Park. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves supervising staff, hiring and training team members, managing customer satisfaction, and adhering to food safety and quality standards. The Restaurant Manager will also collaborate closely with other departments to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to create a positive guest experience.
  • Excellent team management and Hiring skills to recruit and mentor staff effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for conveying information and maintaining relationships with employees and customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management to oversee operational excellence in these areas.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills to handle challenges and ensure a high-performing team.
  • Proven experience in a restaurant or food service management role is required.
  • Formal education or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
