Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP MM Lead Consultant to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Materials Management (MM) processes within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP MM expertise, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of procurement, vendor management, and integration with finance and compliance systems. Opportunity to work on strategic procurement transformation projects.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

6+ years of SAP MM experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior consultant role.

Proven experience in SAP MM implementations in banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables."

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Materials Management (MM) module within SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. Requires strong knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SCM, and procurement best practices to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and configure MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics

* Develop and maintain MM customizations, interfaces, and reports

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs

* Test and troubleshoot MM issues, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies

* Provide training and support to end-users on MM functionality and best practices

* Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes

* Ensure data integrity and accuracy, performing regular audits and reconciliations

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI)"

Requirements

SAP MM or S/4HANA Certification

Experience with SAP Ariba, SRM, or integration with e-procurement platforms.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM is required

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.

Strong knowledge of financial processes, regulatory reporting, and banking integrations.
