An established and forward-thinking tech company in Pretoria is looking for Junior Full Stack Developers who are ready to grow their careers in a supportive, hands-on development environment.

This role is ideal for developers who already have practical experience and want to deepen their full-stack skills, work on real production systems, and learn directly from intermediate and senior developers while remaining actively involved in development.

What you'll be building

• Full-scale systems including web-based, mobile, desktop applications, and websites
• Platforms involving front-end, back-end, and database development
• Scalable systems used internally and across business functions
• Solutions where clean code and best practices are prioritised

You'll work on meaningful systems and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

You'll have exposure to architectural and tooling decisions as part of your growth, with guidance from more senior team members.

What we're looking for

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Software Development / IT
• 1–3 years' professional full stack development experience
• Good understanding of development methodologies and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Azure or AWS experience is an advantage, but not a requirement

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack systems across front-end, back-end, and databases
• Assist in developing and managing scalable databases and systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Conduct unit and performance testing
• Work closely with intermediate and senior developers to ensure high-quality delivery
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve development skills
