We're partnering with a leading financial services group to find a high-calibre Senior Finance Manager to join their growing division based in Cape Town.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end financial reporting and business partnering process
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present board packs, financial insight reports, and audit deliverables
  • Drive improvements across systems, processes, and controls
  • Engage directly with senior management, group finance, actuaries, and external auditors
  • Lead and mentor a finance team of 5

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified CA(SA) with 5+ years PQE
  • Exposure to insurance or reinsurance environments
  • Hands-on technical strength in IFRS, consolidations, and controls
  • Comfortable operating with limited guidance, a self-starter who thrives in complexity
  • Strong interpersonal and business writing skills
