and is looking for Full Status Property Practitioners to grow with the team. We value honesty, collaboration, togetherness and independence. Our practitioners consistently close deals, maintain strong client relationships, and embrace a proactive, service-first mindset. With recent partnerships and an increased market reach, we provide strong back-end support and quicker onboarding for our agents, allowing them to focus on closing deals and serving clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Status Property Practitioner. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role includes consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing excellent customer service and participating in team collaboration and training sessions. The minimum target is 2 listings per month whether sales or rentals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales and/or rentals
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proactive mindset with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High-performance team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct in all dealings
  • Relevant Real Estate certification (FFC, NQF4) is a non negotiable
