SecureOne, the leading name in the road freight security and monitoring industry, is looking for reliable and experienced Control Room Operators to join our Company.

Our control room monitors and tracks vehicles fitted with tracking units, ensuring their safety, security, and operational efficiency 24/7.

About the Role:

As a Control Room Operator, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for real-time vehicle tracking, incident response, and communication with drivers, clients, and Networking partners.

This is a shift-based role requiring 12-hour shifts (day and night rotation).

Requirements:

·      Proven experience in a transport control room or vehicle tracking environment

·      Strong communication and coordination skills

·      High level of attention to detail and situational awareness

·      Sober habits and a professional attitude

·      Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts (days and nights)

·      Familiarity with tracking software and control room systems (advantageous)
