In-House Bond Originator
to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with buyers, developers, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless bond approvals for our clients.

At the Val de Vie Group we are focused on delivering exceptional luxury residential and lifestyle developments across the Cape Winelands.

Key Responsibilities

·    Assist prospective buyers with the bond application process from start to finish.

·    Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and attorneys to ensure efficient bond approvals.

·    Assess and pre-qualify clients for home loan financing.

·    Advise clients on suitable financial products and negotiate competitive rates.

·    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications and approvals.

·    Provide regular progress updates to the sales and management teams.

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners.

Requirements

·    Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.

·    Proven experience working with HNW clients with complex financial portfolios.

·    Solid understanding of home loan processes, credit assessment, and banking requirements.

·    Existing relationships with major South African banks and financial institutions (advantageous).

·    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·    Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative ability.

·    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.

·    Relevant qualification in finance, banking, or property (advantageous).

·    Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

·    Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
