We're Hiring: Experienced .NET Team Lead | Alberton (On-site, Full-Time) - Telecoms

We're looking for a
highly skilled .NET Team Lead
to join our client's growing development team in
Alberton
. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer with
strong telecoms
experience to take ownership of critical systems and lead a dynamic technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying .NET applications
• Take a hands-on role in developing high-performance backend and frontend systems
• Define and maintain system architecture aligned with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and documentation
• Design, optimize, and manage complex MS SQL Server databases
• Oversee database performance, tuning, and integrity
• Integrate with telecoms systems, including FNO/MNO platforms and Prepaid Airtime Systems
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, and software design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum
  5 years' experience
  in .NET development (preferably .NET Core / .NET 5+)
• Expert proficiency
  in C# and MS SQL Server
• Strong experience in
  systems design and architecture
  (e.g., Microservices, SOA)
• Proven
  leadership or team lead
  experience in a development environment
• Hands-on exposure to
  telecoms systems
  (FNO/MNO) and
  Prepaid Airtime Systems
• Understanding of telecoms integrations such as BSS, OSS, Mediation, and Rating Engines
• Solid grasp of
  high-availability, scalable system design
• Knowledge of telecoms protocols or APIs (REST, SOAP, SMPP, Diameter, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Bonus: Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) or exposure to CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps/Jenkins
