You will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines and infrastructure using YAML based Pipelines and cloud‑native Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks — BiCep for Azure and AWS CloudFormation. You will work closely with our development teams to improve automation, delivery processes, and cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS implementations, with opportunities to expand into GCP and Kubernetes as part of Saratoga's multi‑cloud strategy.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using BitBucket Pipelines.

  • Design and manage infrastructure using cloud‑native IaC (e.g., BiCep for Azure, CloudFormation for AWS).

  • Support the delivery of secure, scalable, and cost‑effective cloud solutions across Azure and AWS, with opportunities to expand into GCP.

  • Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).

  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery across the SDLC.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing within Saratoga's DevOps and cloud engineering communities.

  • Participate in continuous learning, including Azure and AWS certification paths aligned with Saratoga's cloud strategy.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • 3–5 years' experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or a related engineering role.

  • Strong expertise in Azure and AWS cloud architecture and operations.

  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with BitBucket Pipelines.

  • Hands-on expertise with BiCep (Azure) and/or CloudFormation (AWS) for Infrastructure as Code.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile and modern DevOps practices.

  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS) with a willingness to expand skills into GCP.

  • Experience with SecOps or securing cloud environments is advantageous.

  • Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) and/or AWS certifications (starting with Cloud Practitioner and role‑specific associate/professional certs) are highly regarded.

  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Airbyte) is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of C# (beneficial).
