Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durban for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring. Additionally, the role involves training new hires and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing
  • Skills in Communication and Training
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Durban
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus
