Renowned Safari Company is looking for a GUEST EXPERIENCE LIAISON to join their team

This role serves as a high-touch liaison between guests and the travel experience, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service from arrival to departure. Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, it demands deep regional knowledge, strong coordination skills, and a passion for conservation-driven hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, anticipates guest needs, and builds lasting relationships with both clients and trade partners.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality
  • Minimum 5 years in senior reservations, guest relations, or camp operations
  • Inbound travel industry experience essential
  • Familiarity with TourPlan or similar systems
  • Strong regional knowledge of Southern & East Africa
  • Personal travel experience in these regions is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous
  • Strong multitasking and time management
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive, charismatic, and guest-focused personality
  • Genuine passion for wildlife, sustainability, and conservation

  • Maintain regular, high-touch communication with guests during their stay
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs with precision and warmth
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service
  • Handle guest queries promptly and professionally
  • Uphold operational standards and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners
  • Stay informed on all travel regions and attend training/site inspections
  • Analyze guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
