Salary & Benefits

• Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 per month
• Benefits: Employee Benefit Plan
• Laptop Provided: Deducted from salary (trainee will own the laptop after the contract period)
• Working Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 07:00/07:30/08:00 – 16:00/16:30/17:00
  • Friday: 07:00 – 13:30
• Location: On-site – Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagements

• Assist in planning and executing audits for clients in industries such as manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and retail
• Collaborate with senior auditors to assess financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations

Value-Adding Services

• Identify opportunities to provide business improvement insights
• Support special projects, including internal control reviews and risk assessments

Cross-Functional Exposure

• Gain experience in various professional services, including accounting, advisory, and tax

Skill Development

• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, accounting standards, and regulations

Team Collaboration

• Contribute to a dynamic team environment, working towards shared goals
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, fostering strong professional relationships

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed degree, but not yet CA qualified.You may apply without an Honours qualification, provided you are completing it part-time or intend to complete it part-time
• Honours degree is advantageous
• Successful completion of the first ITC exam is a plus

Skills & Certifications

• Proficient in computer software (audit-related tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work well in a team

• Honneursgraad is voordelig
• Suksesvolle aflegging van die eerste ITC-eksamen is 'n pluspunt
