- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Approve credit applications and limits

- Resolve billing issues in collaboration with sales and operations
- Prepare reports on receivables performance and trends
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in debtors management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Solid understanding of accounting and credit management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel
- Analytical skills for financial reporting and forecasting
- Experience in logistics or transportation preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
