1. South African Citizen only (non-negotiable).

2. Fluent in Afrikaans and English – spoken and written (required for client communication, reporting, and on-site coordination).

3. Minimum 5 years' experience installing and maintaining Electronic Security systems:

  • CCTV – IP & HD Analogue (Hikvision, Dahua)
  • Alarms (IDS, Paradox, DSC)
  • Access Control (ZKT, Dahua, Hikvision)
  • Gate Motors & Automation
  • Electric Fencing
  • Network Cabling

4. Management experience or demonstrable potential to manage a small team.

5. Must live within a 15 km radius of Plumstead (max 20–25 minutes).

6. Valid South African Driver's Licence.

7. PSIRA Registered – minimum Grade C.

8. Must consent to a background and criminal record check.

9. Contactable references required and a proven track record.

10. No moonlighting / private work permitted during or after hours.

11. POPIA compliance is strictly enforced.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00
  • Occasional Saturdays when required
  • Start date: 15 December 2025 (or sooner)

  • R22,500 gross per month (depending on skills and experience)
