JIMBU is expanding our Promotional Products division, and we're looking for a driven, experienced, people-loving
Account Manager

to help us deliver exceptional brand experiences for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, love building relationships, and have a deep understanding of branding and production, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage assigned client accounts with exceptional service and responsiveness.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external production partners.
  • Present creative branding solutions and guide clients on the best products and embellishment methods.
  • Drive client growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Always work with the customer's success in mind.
  • Juggle multiple briefs, orders, and priorities with ease.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Promotional Products Industry

– non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of branding, merchandise, and embellishment techniques including:
- Embroidery
- DTF & DTG printing
- Screen printing
- Pad printing
- UV printing
- Sublimation
- CMT manufacturing
- Stock vs custom product development
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for people.
- Strong project management abilities - able to coordinate, prioritise, and deliver.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, branding, and problem-solving.
- A team player who knows how to collaborate, hustle, and make things happen.
