Itacorp Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Foreman to lead on-site teams and ensure high-quality waterproofing work across Johannesburg. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to deliver work efficiently and safely.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waterproofing Foreman located in Johannesburg. The Waterproofing Foreman will oversee and manage on-site waterproofing projects, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising team members, operating heavy machinery, delegating tasks, inspecting worksites, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role also requires maintaining quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients
  • Basic Carpentry knowledge to resolve specific waterproofing-related challenges
  • Experience in performing Maintenance for structures and equipment used in waterproofing projects
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols on sites
  • Prior waterproofing experience is preferred (at least 5 years )
