Integrated Air Solutions is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

Role Overview:

  • Purpose:

To generate revenue and achieve sales targets by selling the company's products or services to new and existing customers as well as distributors.
- Reports To:
 Sales Manager.
- Location:
 Field-based.

II. Key Responsibilities:

·       
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

·       Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and incoming leads. 

·       Research and analyse target markets to identify opportunities. 

·       
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

·       Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and value propositions. 

·       Negotiate contracts, determine pricing, and agree on terms of sale. 

·       
Customer Relationship Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and upsell additional products or services. This pertains to direct end customers and distributor channel. 

·       Address customer concerns and provide excellent customer service. 

·       
Sales Performance and Reporting:

·       Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 

·       Track and report on sales performance, including leads, deals, and revenue via CRM platform.

·       Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines. 

·       
Product Knowledge and Industry Trends:

·       Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and stay informed about industry trends. 

·       Provide technical expertise to customers and address their questions. 

·       
Collaboration:

·       Work with marketing, aftermarket , and other teams to achieve sales goals. 

·       Participate in team meetings and training programs. 

III. Skills and Qualifications:

·       
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is usually required, but a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. 

·       
Experience:

Previous sales experience is required. Thorough understanding of the South African market and verticals.

·       
Essential Skills:

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

·       Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

·       Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. 

·       

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·       
Desired Skills:

·       Experience with compressed air industry. 

·       Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards. 

·       Proficiency in other languages or technical skills relevant to the role. 

IV. Additional Information:

  • Compensation:

Compensation will vary based on experience.
- Benefits:
 Medical Aid, Fuel card, company cell phone, group life insurance and retirement annuity
- Travel:

Will be required for customer visits or industry events – approximately 70%. Limited overnight travel will be required.
