Position Summary:

We are seeking an engaging, professional, and goal-oriented In-Person Sales Agent to be the face of our brand at our Kramerville showroom. This role is responsible for greeting walk-in customers, providing expert consultation on our products/services, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships through exceptional, face-to-face service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and engage all visitors to the showroom/estate, creating a welcoming and high-end sales environment.

* Product/Service Presentation: Conduct detailed, in-person presentations and tours of our products, furniture collections, or venue features, expertly articulating their design, quality, and value proposition.

* Consultative Sales: Proactively initiate and manage face-to-face sales consultations to understand customer needs, tastes, and project requirements, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.

* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and consultation to preparing quotes, negotiating terms, processing orders, and ensuring seamless delivery/service fulfilment.

* Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Showroom Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the sales floor and product displays to the highest brand standards.

* Relationship Building: Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone and email after their visit to nurture leads and secure repeat business.

* Administration: Accurately use the CRM system to log customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and track order progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven work experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in luxury retail, interior design, home furnishings.

* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in an in-person, commission-based setting.

* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished in-person demeanor.

* Strong non-verbal communication skills and the ability to read and react to customer cues.

* Ability to learn and maintain expert knowledge of our diverse product line, materials, and design trends.

* Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Docs).

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.

* A passion for home décor, design and interior is a significant advantage.
