What You'll Do:
- Review photos, quotes, and repair docs like a detective on deadline.
- Assess mechanical and electrical damage — and separate fact from fiction.
- Apply policy limits, ensure fairness, and write clean, accurate reports.
- Keep things moving fast, accurate, and always customer-right.
What You'll Need:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
- Confident with IT tools (Audatex preferred) and MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
- A sharp eye, logical mind, and a passion for all things motor.
