Job Summary
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing and maintaining the company's payroll in accordance with South African legislation and internal policies. This role involves ensuring timely and compliant salary payments, maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and resolving payroll-related queries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in Sage Pastel Payroll, and proficient in MS Excel, with a solid understanding of local payroll regulations.

Salary:
R20,000.00 gross per month
Employment Type:
3 Months Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Work Arrangement:
Office-based, 5 days per week
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
Sage Pastel Payroll - Sound knowledge of
South African payroll legislation
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately
process and manage payroll
in line with company policies and statutory requirements - Maintain payroll records
and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Handle payroll-related queries
efficiently and professionally - Prepare payroll reports
and assist with audits as needed
