Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Insurance & Finance (Bloemfontein, South Africa)

I am seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to join me in the insurance and finance industry If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at supporting high-performance professionals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage back-office operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and workflow coordination.

  • Provide exceptional organizational support to ensure seamless operations.

  • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Handle client inquiries with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Support financial advisors with administrative tasks, leveraging basic financial literacy.

Required Skills:

-Back-Office Management: Streamline processes and maintain efficient workflows.

-Organizational Skills: Expertly manage calendars, tasks, and deadlines.

-Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

-Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in financial documents and data.

-Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (financial software knowledge a plus).

-Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Client Service Skills: Build trust with a professional and empathetic approach.

-Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity.

-Basic Financial Literacy: Understand financial terminology and concepts.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Anticipate and resolve issues proactively.

-Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Salary: R10,000–R15,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

Location: Bloemfontein , South Africa

  • Prior experience as a PA/admin clerk in the finance/insurance industry is a plus.
