What You'll Do

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges
• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation
• Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success

What You'll Bring

• Must be currently studying towards a Bachelor's, Honours, or Master's degree
• You must be in your final year of study in 2026
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, with a high attention to detail
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 68% at university level
• High school Pure Mathematics result of 65% or higher
• Proven critical thinking skills — able to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with exposure to a variety of projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adapt to change

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• University transcripts (from first year to current year of study)
• Preference will be given to South African citizens and permanent residents, in line with the company's employment equity plan and South African labour regulations.
