- Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve marketing efficiency and the overall employee experience.?
- Track and report on engagement analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise communication strategies.?
- Assist?to define?departmental budgets.?Implement and manage expenditure within budget by understanding cost components, approving spending in alignment with financial policies, and conducting monthly reviews.??
- Monitor actual expenditure by analysing financial reports,?identifying?anomalies or areas of concern, and executing?timely?corrective actions.?
- Monitor SHE performance by?establishing?clear standards, ensuring?timely?completion of monitoring activities, and resolving issues within defined deadlines.??
- Maintain ongoing SHE compliance by reviewing current practices,?identifying?deviations, and correcting them within established timelines.?

- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent?
- B Com / BA?in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar?
- Driver?s license
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business management or similar?
- 5+ years? experience in marketing and communication
- Experience in AI-driven marketing tools, digital and automation platforms. (Advantageous)
- Knowledge of the mining or industrial sector. (Advantageous)
- Proven track record and experience in B2B marketing and stakeholder communications. (Advantageous)
