Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Rustenburg, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting candidate interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. This role will also involve training coordination to support new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will maintain talent pipelines, provide excellent communication between candidates and internal stakeholders, and contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

3 years

  • Proven expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication
  • Experience in Training and leadership of new hires
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
