Leading Financial Services Client in Johannesburg requires a Senior Forensic Investigation Specialist to lead, investigate, and provide expertise in diverse cases, including card fraud, merchant acquiring fraud, application fraud across various products, and internal investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and structure investigations to ensure a clear focus and efficient execution.
  • Evidence management
  • Implement and maintain a risk-based approach for prioritizing and managing investigations.
  • Develop and maintain agile processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the investigations function.
  • Manage operations in line with budgets.
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Tertiary Qualification - Diploma/Degree (Risk management / Fraud / Forensics)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Forensic Field Investigation gained within Banking Industry
  • Knowledge of Merchant acquiring, card and other retail banking product related investigations.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and operational risk methodologies.
