We are seeking a Sales & Service Technician for a permanent role based in Nelspruit (Mbombela) in Mpumalanga.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 with at least 1 years' experience in FMCG Sales & Service of retail scales, weights and measures
  • Must have a knowledge of retail scales and be computer literate on MS office and POS software
  • Qualified Verification Officer preferred
  • Valid drivers and own vehicle
  • Must be confident, enthusiastic and have good communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime when required
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Customer service – installations, servicing, repairs, deliveries, customer training on company products
  • Assist with helpdesk support, stock counts and office administration
  • Sales of products offered – scales, wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables
  • Marketing the products – cold calling, visiting new customer and giving demonstrations
