Required Skills & Experience :

  • experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
