Job Title: Software Development Lead

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of clients. The Software Development Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Develop and implement software development best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient coding standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software requirements
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in software development

Requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
