Requirements·· Grade 12· Minimum 5 years'relevant experience· Valid driverslicense and own transport essential· Must be able toassist with menu development and function menus and daily meal presentation ofa high quality and standard.· Be computerliterate in excel and word· Understanding ofcostings, ordering and management of stock· Able to work longhours, weekends, and shift work as part of your management duties. This willinclude public holidays and weekends.
