e-Commerce Sales Administrator

Deli South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a leading stationery and office supplies wholesaler dedicated to delivering quality products and efficient service to our customers.
We are currently seeking an e-Commerce Sales Administrator who would be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the online sales platforms.
Responsibilities
- Capture orders on SAP and confirm orders on channels' platforms.
- Ensure order information is accurately entered into the system based on the purchased orders.
- Create return notes on SAP.
- Follow-up on return orders by ensuring that the returned items have been physically collected and returned to our warehouse.
- Notifying customers of the progress of their orders where applicable.
- Assist with operations within the e-Commerce Department with the daily processing of orders, ensuring that turnaround for picking, packing, and delivery is adhered to.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to streamline e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) required; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce, online sales administration, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
