Role Description

This is a part-time Management Accountant role. They will be responsible for a variety of finance-related tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing contractor payroll, preparing management accounts, and assisting with cash flow forecasting. This is a hybrid role, located in Stilbaai, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Experience with bookkeeping, financial records maintenance, and processing invoices
  • Skills in payroll management and accounts preparation
  • Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and management accounts
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the finance sector or with recruitment agencies is a plus
