2-5 years stock or mincing & sausages experience using a mincer and blender.

Must be a blockman with a demonstrated history of being able to cut all different cuts of Beef, Lamb & Pork.

Must be able to spice and coordinate trimmings accordingly.

Must have some level of mathematical literacy.

Must be able to work under pressure and execute orders in a sequence required.

Must be able to pump sausages & wors from a piston filler and twist sausages accordingly.

Must be able to produce a wide variety of spiced mince, sausage and burger products.

Must be reliable and trustworthy.

Must ideally stay in a location close to Sandton.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
