Provincial Programme Manager

Click Learning is tackling South Africa's education crisis with smart, scalable solutions that make a real difference. We deliver interactive online programmes that boost literacy, numeracy, and digital skills for primary school learners in under-resourced communities. By combining technology with on-the-ground support, we're helping children build the foundations they need for long-term success and to build sustainable livelihoods. As a secondary outcome, we create jobs for previously unemployed youth to support in the schools and provide them with skills development to move onto better employment opportunities. We're growing—and we're looking for people who want their work to matter.
As the Provincial Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and implementation of the various programme strategies in the Western Cape, ensuring schools are using literacy and numeracy programmes throughout the year, and the quality of the implementation is of the highest standard. This role combines the oversight of programme implementation, team coaching and mentoring, relationship building with key stakeholders and project management capabilities to ensure efficient execution, risk mitigation, timely delivery, and successful outcomes for our learners and youth facilitators.

Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate implementation efforts and resolve deviations and issues.
- Build, manage and maintain key internal and external relationships to support programme objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with district and circuit education officials, representing Click Learning in district-level performance reviews and advocacy projects.
- Escalate systemic challenges to the Government Relations Lead and contribute to structured issue-resolution processes.
