As a Test Teamleader in the Product Department at BFR Trading, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of testers in executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
Lead a team of testers in planning and executing test cases
Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and provide feedback
Identify and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
Ensure that all products meet quality standards before release
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
