Demand Generation Agent (Multilingual) – Cape Town, South Africa

Are you a motivated telemarketing enthusiast fluent in one or more Western European, Nordic, or Eastern European languages? We're looking for a dynamic
Demand Generation Agent
to join our fast-growing South African demand generation team in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive under pressure, love cold-calling, and enjoy hitting targets.

Languages Required:

  • Western European: German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian
  • Nordic: Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic
  • Eastern European languages also considered

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Execute high-volume B2B cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Qualify leads effectively to deliver marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Build strong rapport quickly to gather key information
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and inspire your team

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Use Excel confidently to maintain accurate, well-formatted lead records
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure lead data accuracy and completeness
  • Verify job titles, company names, and contact info for precision
  • Utilize lead verification tools to uphold data integrity
  • Update CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ) with prospect interactions

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Share best practices and insights with team members
  • Provide regular performance updates and campaign reports
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Participate actively in meetings, training, and development sessions
  • Follow established processes to ensure consistent delivery

Essential Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year continuous employment with one employer, demonstrating stability
  • Proven track record in B2B outbound cold-calling and meeting KPIs
  • Experience in target-driven, high-pressure sales environments
  • B2B lead generation or demand generation experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or
  • Familiarity with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams)

Core Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and prospects simultaneously
  • Resilience and persistence in managing rejection and objections

Offer Details

  • Location:
    Cape Town, Western Cape
  • Contract:
    12 Months
  • Salary:
    R15,000 – R28,000 per month (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission (structured 80/20 split)
