Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment

At least 2 - 3 years' experience in Spa management

Marketing experience will be beneficial.

Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Word & Excel

Must lead by example and be proactive.

Must be an excellent salesperson.

A strong record of training staff is required.

Seek new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the Spa

Must have excellent product knowledge of various Spa products.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets.

Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial.

Strong leadership and excellent People's skills
